How long does my order take to ship once I've placed it?

We have a 2-week production time on all custom items. Depending on the product being produced, shipping is typically within one week of approval of the order.

What are your shipping options?

We ship via USPS.

What is your return/exchange policy?

There are no returns/exchanges on custom items. If there is an error on our part,we will replace the item purchased.

Do you have a minimum order?

The majority or our items do not have a minimum order. If a minimum applies,it is stated in the product description. Generally, minimums apply to screenprinting and promotional items such as pens, etc.

Do you charge setup or design fees?

We do not charge set up fees in conjunction with orders. Design fees apply to newlogo creation and are discussed prior to work starting. Some promotional itemshave set up fees associated with them. It will be noted in the product description.

What is the difference between digital garment printing and screen printing?

Digital garment printing is a four-color process print directly to the garment. The ink is heat cured into the fabric and has a vintage look. The darker the tee color, the darker the ink color needs to be. Digital garment print becomes part of the fabric and wears as the garment wears over time.
Screen printing is ink that is laid to the top of the tee in layers according to the number of colors in the print. It is transferred to the garment via a mesh screen.

Can I send you an item or bring it in for you to customize?

Yes. We take great care with customer provided items, however, we cannot be heldresponsible for any damage done by machines.

Do you offer logo or artwork design services?

We do! We have an in-house graphic artist. Let us know if you need help creating alogo to brand your business.
